Enterprise KPI (Performance Metrics) Reporting

A leading manufacturing company engaged Advantage to create an application that pulled together periodic multi-metric performance results across many major manufacturing plants to put robust and easy-to-use performance reporting on executives’ and managers’ desktops. Their existing process used spreadsheets for each metric and plant that each plant controller manually updated and submitted to HQ at different times during the month. The disparate timing of submissions meant comprehensive reporting was rarely available for management, and never timely.

Advantage used a combination of QuickBase with our proprietary Dashboard reporting to extend QuickBase’s native abilities. This combination quickly and efficiently provided on-demand reporting and analysis capability on management desktops, without anyone having to compile or distribute reports anymore. This functionality appeals to many of Advantage’s large client companies, and has been successfully deployed repeatedly.
