Health Care Program and Client Tracking
A University-based health program engaged Advantage to build a “Right for our
Process” application that manages the core of the company’s operations.
This multi-function application is the source system for all the types of data
and relationships below, over the life of the client’s participation
with the company. It provides the mechanism for lead and client follow up,
scheduling, payment status and processing.
The application also provides real-time performance reporting at all levels:
client, class, instructor, location, and total program.
