A major software company asked Advantage to design a QuickBase system to replace their Word document, e-mail and fax process for executing thousands of contracts and SOWs with hundreds of outside companies. Advantage accomplished this so all contract information starts as a database record and is simply rendered into contract forms for view and approval. Routing for approvals is electronic and automatic, signatures are electronic, and contracts never have to go to paper unless a party wants a paper copy.

Besides speeding up the contracts process from days and weeks to hours, all the data from those contract companies and all their contracts are in an easy-to-use QuickBase, so reporting on the entire universe of these documents and parties is incredibly easy.
